| George William and Lucy Wright moved to Tattershall from Nettleham in 1904.
They lived and worked in the shop in High Street (now Sivills) This is where
Robert was born.
In 1910 William bought the High Street shop and the Market Place shop,
plus land behind the this shop. It is known that in 1917 he owned both
shops, but it is not known when he sold the High Street Property.
In 1928 he took his son Robert and nephew Harry Waters into partnership.
Robert married in 1930 and had three children. Robert left Tattershall in
1964 having sold the business to Mr. Bert Barrack.
The Wrights returned to live in Tattershall in Town Farm House in 1965.
The land behind the Market Place shop was still in the possession of
Robert until the new Curzon school was built. This school is now named Holy
Trinity School.
