Minutes of the Annual General meeting of Tattershall with Thorpe Parish Council held on Tuesday 10^th May 2011 at 7.15pm in Tattershall Library & CAP.

There were no members of the public present.  Cllrs Coulber, Hogg, Mrs Kay, Mrs Harvey, Meanwell, Brown, Mrs Eke, Mrs Pow, Fletcher, Leggate, Mrs Shaw, Harness, Mrs Dawson, Barrack and clerk Mrs Elliott.

Public Forum: There was none.

7.18pm

Prior to commencement of the meeting all councillors present completed and signed declaration of acceptance of office forms and register of member’s interest’s forms.

2011/001         Election of Officers

a)                    Chairman – following discussion it was unanimously resolved to appoint Mrs G M F Shaw.

b)                    Vice Chairman – following discussion and a vote it was resolved to appoint Mrs J Pow.

c)                    Responsible Finance Officer – following discussion it was unanimously resolved to appoint Mrs C Dawson.

2011/002         Appointment to Committee for 2011-2012

a)            Finance & General Purposes – it was resolved to appoint cllrs Mrs Shaw, Mrs Pow, Mrs Dawson, Harness, Meanwell, Coulber, Fletcher, Mrs Eke, Barrack and Brown.

b)            Planning – it was resolved to appoint cllrs Mrs Shaw, Leggate, Mrs Harvey, Hogg, Mrs Kay, Meanwell, Mrs Pow, Coulber, Fletcher, Mrs Eke and Brown.

c)            It was resolved to combine the two other committees (Market Place & Greens and Public Lighting & Amenities) into one further committee

d)            Public Amenities – It was resolved to appoint cllrs Mrs Shaw, Harness, Hogg, Mrs Kay, Meanwell, Coulber, Leggate, Fletcher, Mrs Pow and Mrs Eke.

e)            Village Hall Representative – it was resolved to appoint Cllrs Mrs Shaw and Fletcher,

f)             Newsletter Representative – it was resolved to appoint Cllr Mrs Kay.

2011/003         Items for next agenda and date for next meetings – HGV using Hunters Lane/Thorpe Road, Street Cleaning on Station Road, Fairways to Tattershall Bridge needs cutting back.

a)            Full Council Meeting – Tuesday 7^th June

b)            Annual Parish Meeting : Tattershall – Tattershall village hall Friday 20^th May 7pm.

c)            Annual Parish Meeting: Thorpe – Thorpe Camp Wednesday 18^th May 7pm.

There being no further business the meeting closed at 7.50pm
